As a Nursery Assistant, you will be instrumental in creating a fun and engaging learning experience for children. You'll be involved in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and working collaboratively with a passionate team. You'll build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress.

• Lead engaging play-based learning and creative activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children through constant supervision.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic learning environment.
• Assist with personal care tasks.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual child needs.

• A genuine passion for childcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience working with young children (preferred, but not essential).
• Relevant childcare qualifications (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of children of varying ages and abilities.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and policies.
• Basic first aid knowledge (preferred).
