NQ Litigation Solicitor – Surrey  

Exciting Opportunity for a NQ Litigation Solicitor in Leatherhead/Surrey with a Legal 500 ranked team. 

Our client is a highly regarded Legal 200 firm and this busy team is seeking a talented NQ Solicitor who is ready to take on new challenges and grow with the team. This NQ Litigation Solicitor will include managing a caseload of commercial and property litigation matters under supervision of partners and senior associates that have been with the firm for 7+ years.

Key Responsibilities of this NQ Litigation Solicitor opportunity:

• Manage a diverse range of dispute cases, including contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, property and landlord and tenant.
• Assist in mediation and arbitration processes. 
• Foster the growth and development of paralegals and trainees.

Requirements:

• Qualified NQ - 2 Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Proven experience in commercial litigation and property litigation with training in these areas and ideally some pre-qualification experience
• Good academic results (ie 2:1 degree)
