Family Solicitor – Newly Qualified

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. This is an excellent role for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive team, working across the full range of family law matters.

The Role:

• Advising clients on a wide variety of family law issues, including divorce, financial matters, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.

• Managing a varied caseload with appropriate supervision and guidance.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.

• Assisting in the development of the department, including involvement in business development and networking activities.

About You:

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ–1PQE), ideally with a seat in family law.

• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, discretion, and a client-focused approach.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop within a collaborative team.
