Commercial Litigation (Regulatory & Enforcement)Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-4 PQE) Taunton or Exeter 

This Litigation Solicitor vacancy is within a well-established law firm with multiple offices in the South West of England.

Salary and benefits: 

• Competitive salary – Starting from £51,000 
• Hybrid working model – minimum three days per week in-office 
• 25 days holiday + buy/sell up to 1 week  
• Private Medical Insurance, Bonus scheme and Mentoring programs

Responsibilities: 

• Provide commercial litigation advice to commercial clients 
• Advise clients on regulatory investigations, including those involving the HSE, EA, Food Standards Agency and Trading Standards
• Supporting clients following an incident or accident, under caution and/or internal investigation
• Providing compliance and risk management advice
• Develop your own profile within the regulatory & compliance market

Ideal Candidate: 

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive
• NQ-4 years PQE within commercial litigation 
• Newly Qualified lawyers with good court/litigation exposure are welcome to apply 
• Criminal lawyers wishing to specialise are welcome to apply 
• This vacancy is open to candidates who are relocating
