Description
You'll be the driving force behind the New Product Introduction Process.
The NPI team sit at the heart of the organisation, you will work in partnership with the Product team to innovate, design and deliver high quality, sustainable, financially viable products to meet our customers' needs.
This role will require the successful candidate to lead the cross functional project team to deliver New Products from concept/ design brief to full scale physical production sign off and distribution. You will ensure that all projects across the team run efficiently and that the products meet the appropriate levels of quality. compliance, safety, and fitness for purpose
· Lead the NPI team with the ability to motivate, mentor and support the team.
· Take ownership of NPI projects, ensure all key objectives and dates are met.
· Collaborate with Product Management, Purchasing, Quality, Commercial Finance, Sales as well as other stakeholders both internally and externally to align on project goals and timelines.
· Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of projects including timelines covering the full department.
· Deliver the strategic priorities whilst embracing and promoting operational excellence through Kaizen initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with internal processes throughout the project

· Experience with coordinating tasks, solving problems and working cross functionally
· Competent Microsoft skills (Word, Project, Excel, OneNote)
