What will you do as an NPD Manager?

• Work closely with founders/marketing teams to define innovation pipelines aligned to brand strategy and market trends
• Manage timelines and critical paths, ensuring all products are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct competitor analysis, category reviews, and consumer insight gathering to support innovation strategy
• Owns supplier onboarding, pricing and costing and SKU culling
• Setup of our quality control processes both in the UK and China

What will you need to be an NPD Manager

• Happy to be onsite 5 days a week initially
• Experience working within personal care/beauty/wellness
• Worked for a D2C brand
• Mandarin speaker would be an advantage
