Non-Contentious Construction Associate - Interlink Talent Solutions : Job Details

We are seeking an Associate to join an innovative and top-performing team advising on a wide variety of non-contentious concerns.

This opportunity is for a 4-8 PQE Construction Associate based in London!

About the Role

• Consistently delivering high-quality, commercial advice
• Advising lenders, developers, and investors in relation to development schemes that range from town centre/out-of-town regeneration to commercial, Retail, and Sports Facilities
• Giving strategic advice in relation to issues that commonly arise in the industry
• Negotiating contracts and general purchasing
• Capability of handling claims providing solutions and advice to clients

Requirements

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• 4-8 years PQE in a Construction Associate role
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
• A practical thinker, with outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated in order to handle workloads and deadlines
