Transport Supervisor – NightsWe are currently recruiting for a Transport Supervisor to join our Transport team at Hams Hall.Shift Available:Sunday to Thursday Nights, 21:00 – 06:00Salary:£32,947.76The Role In this role, you will support the Transport Manager with a range of key responsibilities, including:

• Driver allocation
• Processing driver wages and holidays
• Monitoring drivers’ daily activity, including unauthorised stops, and ensuring paperwork is completed fully and accurately
• Assisting with agency bookings, costings, and spend, while ensuring agency disclaimers are completed and filed correctly
• Printing, explaining, and obtaining signatures for driver infringements
• Inputting and monitoring driver working time and driving time directives in Excel
• Supporting driver electronic pad training
• Booking vehicle inspections and MOTs both internally and externally
• Reporting defects, RTAs, and near misses
• Ordering site fuel
• Collaborating with peers across the transport network to deliver excellent customer service

Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an experienced and proactive Transport Supervisor who can bring strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in transport supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A solid understanding of drivers’ hours and relevant legislation
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly with colleagues and drivers
• Good IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with transport management systems (desirable, but not essential if you are eager to learn)
• The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and target-driven mindset
