Nightshift Warehouse Supervisor - Plympton, Plymouth

Our client, a leading distributor, has an exciting opportunity for a Nightshift Warehouse Supervisor to join their inclusive and welcoming team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Night Shift Manager with health & safety, administration, and quality control

• Supervising and motivating a team of operatives

• Picking, packing, loading, and unloading flooring products

• Making up orders for next-day delivery

• Using Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses (preferred, but training can be provided)

What we’re looking for:

• Recent, checkable warehouse supervisory experience
• Previous experience managing health & safety day-to-day
• A proactive and positive attitude to work
• Physically able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
