Pay: £14 per hourShift Patterns: 10-hour nights (7 days a week)Location: SkegnessRequirements: UK driver’s license & own vehicleUnfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorshipand we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Skegness area and able to commute. Bespoke Health & Social Care are looking for a compassionate, outgoing individual to join our established and supportive team. You'll be providing care to a lively young boy who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy and other related complex care needs. 

Key Responsibilities

Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care. If you're looking for a role that is flexible around your lifestyle, has guaranteed pay and is doing something that genuinely makes a difference, look no further!You will be supoporting with:
  • Support with all aspects of daily living
  • Ensure ventilation cares are completed
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and handling support
  • Medication administration 
No need for experience. We will provide you with full training!

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
  • Experience with complex care preferred but all training will be given by a registered nurse dedicated to the package.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
