Retail Night Shift Manager - Gatwick Airport - Salary £30,000 to £32,000 plus generous bonuses

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team to drive cost-efficient replenishment and administration while upholding world-class standards and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable the full potential of your team through continuous coaching and tailored development.
• Act as a role model to inspire the team to deliver individualised world-class service and standards at all times.
• Work as a key member of the management team to ensure the smooth daily running of the operational function.

Scope:

• Work within a team of customer-facing and operational support leaders.
• Based airside in a medium or large terminal at Gatwick Airport.
• Lead a team of up to 20 members during shifts between across a night operation.
• Responsible for delivering administrative and replenishment-related activities, incorporating stock turnover and supporting the delivery of budgeted sales and cost targets.

Essential Skills:

• Passion for providing exceptional service, both internally and externally.
• Previous experience coaching, supervising, or managing a team in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire people.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken English.
