Luxury Residential Development looking for a Night Concierge

Job Title: Night Concierge

Location: KensingtonSalary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Working Days: 5 days out of 7

Working hours: 19:00pm- 7:00am

Profile:

My client is seeking a Night Concierge to join their premier development, they are property management firm dedicated exclusively to overseeing some of the most prestigious and architecturally iconic residential developments in the London. With a portfolio that spans super-prime residences in central London, they deliver white-glove service that mirrors the lifestyles of the residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming residents
• Building patrols - ensuring the safety of all residents
• Assist for any late parcels and post
• Key handling upon request
• Take food deliveries from couriers, alert residents or deliver to their door on request
• Answer any calls and emails that come through
• Provide a handover to the Day Concierge
• Deal with any complaints or issues that take place within your working hours
• Monitor CCTV on your screen
• Assistant with any contractors
• Remove the water filter from the pool at 5:00am in preparation of spa access from 7:00am
• Have a proactive present on site
• Assist with luggage, shopping or bags if requested or needed

Essential requirements:

• Concierge experience or relevant experience
• Swimming pool experience
