We're looking for a professional, reliable, and service-focused Night Concierge to join a prestigious residential block near St John's Wood. This is a fantastic chance to be the welcoming face for residents overnight while ensuring the building is safe, secure and presented to the highest standard.

This role blends concierge service with security responsibilities. You'll provide an exceptional resident experience while supporting the smooth running of the building during night hours.

• Carrying out regular security checks and monitoring CCTV

• Ensuring all entry points are secure and communal areas remain safe and tidy

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and visitors

• Assisting residents with luggage, shopping, taxi bookings, and ad-hoc requests

• Maintaining accurate logs of visitors, keys, and any incidents

• Supporting the upkeep of reception and entrance areas, ensuring they always look presentable

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in luxury residential, hotels or high-end service environments

• Strong command of the English language and solid communication skills, both spoken and written

• Smart, professional appearance with a friendly, approachable manner

• Reliability, common sense, and the ability to remain alert overnight

• Excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to anticipate residents' needs

• An SIA badge is a bonus but not required

• Permanent role in a prestigious, high-end environment

• Regular night shift pattern (4 on, 4 off, 10pm-7am)

• Work alongside a supportive on-site team
