Job Description :

Our client are a 'go to' law firm in London for all Conveyancing matters and specialise in the full range of legal services and boast international reach through their strategic alliances. They're looking for a Newly QualifiedLicensed Conveyancer to join their established Residential Team. 

Supporting their top billing Solicitor you will be responsible for managing a busy case load of predominantly residential transactions with a heavy bias on Leasehold properties. This role is ideal for individuals who have recently completed or are near to completing their qualifications and are looking to start their career in a supportive and thriving environment. 

The successful candidate will have experience of handling most aspects of the conveyancing process, providing professional advice and support to clients in property transactions.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring all legal, technical and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct property searches, draft and negotiate contracts, and liaise with all parties involved in property transactions.
  • Provide clear and professional advice to clients regarding the conveyancing process, ensuring they are informed at every stage.
  • Work closely with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Recently qualified or within 6 months of qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively deal with clients and other professionals.
  • Proficiency in using legal and office software.

This is a hybrid role with core working hours of 09.30am - 17.30pm based in central London.
