An established and design-driven architectural practice in Northampton is seeking a Newly Qualified Architect (RIBA Part 3) to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified professional eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, and educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software tools.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure all project requirements are met seamlessly.
  • Visit and inspect sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
  • Integrate sustainable and innovative solutions into project designs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, building regulations, and architectural best practices.
  • Prepare engaging presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Skills:
  • A recent qualification in Architecture, including successful completion of RIBA Part 3.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
  • Exceptional design and visualization skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, handling multiple projects concurrently.
