New Store Development Manager - Zachary Daniels : Job Details

Zachary Daniels are pleased to be partnering with an assisted sales retailer in their search for a New Store Opening Manager.

The New Store Opening Manager will be accountable for the launch of new stores as well as improving the performance of under achieving existing stores across the UK to bring them up to company average.

The New Store Opening Manager is a highly commercial role which requires an inspirational assisted sales expert to support the Regional Manager population to develop sales for new and existing stores. Reporting into the Operations Director the successful candidate will be able to use strong influencing skills up and down our clients UK wide retail chain.

The successful New Store Opening Manager will typically be an Area Manager or Regional Manager from an assisted sales or convenience business.

This position has a UK wide accountability so the successful candidate should expect regular travel with the expectation being three-four days per week in the head office with the other days visiting stores.

Our client can offer a salary of up to £45,000 plus an attractive bonus scheme with an OTE of £75,000 plus car and benefits.
