New Homes Sales Negotiator - Fawkes and Reece : Job Details

Do you have at least 2 years experience selling property either with an Estate Agency or a New Build Developer?

Does your employment profile demonstrate stability with a proven sales track record?

Yes? I'd be keen to discuss A New Build Sales Negotiator position I am currently working on with a luxury property developer in Colchester

Day to day duties:

• Dealing with enquiries
• Communicating with customers from the point they enquire to the point they move into their property
• Showcasing the whole development portfolio profile and upselling
• Conducting viewings
• Following up with customers after their viewing or appointment
• Keeping both the buyer & legal teams up to date with exchange and completion dates
• Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
• Progressing the sales and working to a tight deadline between exchange & completion
• Working closely with the site, progression & customer relations team
