New Homes Sales Advisor - The New Homes Group : Job Details

Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor.

Location: Based at Colchester, Essex, UK. Rewards: £25K - £30K Basic Salary plus Bonus and Benefits. OTE £35K- £40K D.O.E. Working Hours: Full time, working 5 Day's a week which will include weekends, and bank holidays. Thursday to Monday 10am – 5pm

Timeline: Immediate Interview and start date We are looking for a bright, energetic individual who is full of enthusiasm to sell a range of brand news homes within the Colchester area. The New Homes Group: About us: We are a leading employer in the Colchester area offering a range of services to the new homes sector, we work alongside many of the leading housebuilders in the UK offering, New Homes Sales & Marketing, Part Exchange and Assisted Move Asset Management and Mortgage Advice to their customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities: •Deliver exceptional customer service alongside achieving sales targets for the development

•Progressing sales through to completion, dealing with customers, estate agents, solicitors and clients throughout.

•Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to work to deadlines/targets. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: •Previous experience of working in Estate Agency and or the New Homes market would be advantageous. •The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team.

•Excellent communication skills. •Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision.

•Accurate, numerate and computer literate.

•A team player with excellent organisational skills.
