New Homes Coordinator - Lawrence Dean Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Immediately opportunity for a New Homes Coordinator to join this established Hertfordshire based organisation who boast strong values and an enviable culture. The purpose of this role is to assist the Customer Services Manager to provide a high-quality service to their customers, safely, professionally and within timescales. This is a temporary role to start ASAP for around 3-4 weeks with the real potential for it to turn into a permanent role.

New Homes Coordinator - Job Overview

• First point of contact for customer queries
• Ensure accuracy of all customer details and all communication is correctly recorded
• Manage customer expectations through clear explanation
• Resolving routine non-complex issues and escalate more complex issues to the Customer Services Manager
• Create and issue work instructions
• Send out weekly job status reports
• Liaise with the Maintenance Technicians, Sub-Contractors & Material Suppliers
• Monitor the progress of works and customer satisfaction and feedback on completion
• Carry out all administration duties required for invoicing, parts ordering and charges

New Homes Coordinator - Required Skills and Experience

• Strong customers service skills and the ability to deliver the highest service standards
• A professional and articulate telephone manner
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Confident on MS Office packages
• Decision making ability

New Homes Coordinator - Benefits Offered

• up to £16.83 per hour
• 9.00am - 5.15pm Monday to Thursday with a 5.00pm finish on a Friday
• Immediate start
• Onsite parking
