New Home Sales Consultant
Opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join a well-established estate agency. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for new build properties - from lead registration through to completion - while maintaining high service standards and meeting individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers through the full new homes journey - from enquiry to exchange.
- Book and conduct viewings (in-person and via site plans/show homes).
- Qualify applicants and match them to suitable developments.
- Liaise with developers, buyers, and solicitors to manage transactions to completion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep sales materials up to date.
- Be a key player in the sale of new homes
Experience Required:
- Estate agency or new homes (ideally but also consider transferable skills.
- Strong people skills - confident communicator and relationship builder.
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Package: £25,000 - £30,000 (Uncapped commission
Days: Monday - Friday (No weekends)
