We are working on behalf of a well-established and family-run business with over 20 years of expertise in providing solutions for the handling industry. Renowned for their humble, hungry, and smart approach, the company specialises in high-quality products such as manual pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks, stackers, pickers, and aluminium sack trucks.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their growing team as a New Business Executive. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential clients via calls, LinkedIn, Google searches, exhibitions, and email campaigns to gather decision-maker details and uncover sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Development: Generate and manage a pipeline of warm leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups to secure quotes and appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Arrange client meetings for the sales team to further nurture and grow relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a seamless handover of prospects and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working alongside a sales team or in a new business role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy towards potential customers.
- Highly motivated and passionate, with the drive to achieve targets and support team success.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage leads and appointments effectively.
