New Business Development Manager - salary £40-50k + Bonus

Our client is emerging design studio that combines big agency experience with entrepreneurial energy. They are multi-disciplined, highly creative and strategic, with a reputation built around honest customer service and high standards.

We are looking for a New Business Manager to develop new opportunities for the company, to broker new relationships, and onboard new clients.

We are looking for someone who can help grow the business and bring the agency to the next level of growth.

The ideal person will be at a stage in their career where they’re comfortable selling marketing and design services. Able to work independently and develop processes, methods and strategies that will grow the business in a steady and consistent way. It’s all about creating pipeline, one which seeks to expand the business in both profit and clientele.

The person we hire will have their own powerful network of contacts and will need to embrace the active leads list the company currently holds.

This agency have great experience and strength in Healthcare, Financial Services and Technology. However, they pride ourselves on being adaptable and have completed multiple branding projects for a myriad of sectors including construction, recruitment, entertainment, and media.

Experience in the above sectors will be an advantage.

We are open to considering someone part time (e.g. 3 days per week) or full time. You must be eligible to work in UK and be London/UK based.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating new business pipelines across inbound, outbound, dormant clients

• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

• Come up with creative and innovative ways to reach out to new prospects.

• Help to galvanize interesting content to engage with prospective clients.

• Oversee the preparation of RFI and RFP documents

• Have the sales process nailed (eg. Hubspot).

• Prepare new business reports and forecasts

• Research and track emerging markets and trends.

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth

areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching

existing markets

• Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms

• Be creatively-minded and full of ideas

• Great negotiating skills

• Excellent time, planning and project management skills

The New Business Manager will report to the Managing Director. This is very much a performance role, and a bonus scheme will reflect positive results.

Based in London, and while hybrid working is accepted, regular days in the studio is expected.

Salary : 40000 - 50000
