Neighbourhood Manager - Reed : Job Details

• Hourly Rate: £21.33 PAYE / £27.08 LTD/UMB
• Location: Walthamstow, E17
• Job Type: Temporary, Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Our housing association client are currently seeking a Neighbourhood Manager for an immediate start in a temporary cover role based in the Walthamstow area. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and is an excellent opportunity for individuals with relevant experience in neighbourhood or housing management.

• Oversee and manage the neighbourhood operations ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure property and neighbourhood standards are maintained.
• Engage with residents and stakeholders to foster strong community relations and address any concerns.
• Implement and monitor compliance with housing policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate maintenance, repairs, and other housing services.
• Manage and resolve conflicts or disputes within the community effectively.
• Report regularly on neighbourhood status and issues to senior management.

• Proven experience in neighbourhood or housing management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of housing laws and regulations is advantageous.
