Neighbourhood Manager (Temporary Cover)

Our housing association client are currently seeking a Neighbourhood Manager for an immediate start in a temporary cover role based in the Walthamstow area. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and is an excellent opportunity for individuals with relevant experience in neighbourhood or housing management.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee and manage the neighbourhood operations ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure property and neighbourhood standards are maintained.
- Engage with residents and stakeholders to foster strong community relations and address any concerns.
- Implement and monitor compliance with housing policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate maintenance, repairs, and other housing services.
- Manage and resolve conflicts or disputes within the community effectively.
- Report regularly on neighbourhood status and issues to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in neighbourhood or housing management.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations is advantageous.
