National Sales Manager - Evolve Selection Ltd : Job Details

Evolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are recruiting for a National Sales Manager to lead on the successful launch of an established product within Nephrology. Working closely with the Business Unit Director, you’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams, and global functions to shape strategy, drive innovation and deliver impactful commercial activities.

This is a full-time field-based position is pivotal in building and managing a high performing sales team to achieve company objectives.

Ideal Requirements for the National Sales Manager

• A minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales management.
• Experience within nephrology and rare disease is highly desirable.
• You’ll be ABPI qualified with strong knowledge of the code of practice in a field force environment.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, and working across multicultural teams.
• Ideally, you’ll have pre-launch and launch experience.

Role Responsibilities for the National Sales Manager

• Recruit a team of high performing Key Account Manager to execute a launch strategy for our clients products.
• Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the overall product launch plan and objectives.
• Drive the team to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and decision makers.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor sales and activity data to capture opportunities and address challenges.
