Field Based / Remote (UK) - Ideal candidate will live around Yorkshire / Humber area, due to the clients they will serve.

£60,000 Car £10k OTE Bonus

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead a team of three Business Development Managers across the UK. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for delivering £20 million in sales and service contracts, driving growth through a value proposition sales approach rather than competing on price.

The Role

• Lead, coach and develop a high performing national sales team.
• Drive a value-led sales strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Build and maintain senior customer relationships, focusing on long-term growth.
• Oversee major negotiations, ensuring profitable outcomes and sustainable partnerships.

• Proven experience in sales leadership (5+ years), ideally in field-based national roles.
