National Business Development Manager - Building Envelope Manufacturer£60,000 + package + Exceptional BenefitsField-Based

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a leading international manufacturer in the building products sector to recruit a Business Development Manager for a high-impact, national role. This is a rare opportunity to lead UK business development for a specialist division supplying engineered components used across the window, door, and façade sectors.

The company’s identity is confidential at this stage, but they are a well-established, innovation-led manufacturer with a strong international presence and a reputation for quality, engineering integrity, and long-term client relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing new business opportunities across the UK, with a focus on specification and technical sales

  • Managing and growing national key accounts in line with strategic growth objectives

  • Building relationships with fabricators, system houses, specifiers, and procurement professionals

  • Leading conversations around compliance, thermal performance, and technical product solutions

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the UK and Europe to deliver tailored customer solutions

  • Acting as the UK sales lead for a key product line in the construction and façade space

What you’ll need:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within fenestration, construction materials, façade systems, aluminium profiles, or a closely related sector

  • Experience dealing with procurement teams, architects, contractors, or system partners

  • Commercial acumen and confidence leading value-led technical sales conversations

  • Strong self-motivation, and the ability to operate independently in a national field-based role

  • Ideally, some understanding of thermal break technology or performance glazing systems
