Reporting to: Senior National Account Manager
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Provide administrative support to deliver category initiatives e.g. new product launches brand activation
- Plan, implement, and maintain the customer promotional plan, in line with agreed timelines and guidelines set by Sales Director and Finance.
- Own promotional modelling, analysis and evaluation for key accounts making recommendations to improve promotional spend effectiveness
- Manage financial administration for our retail customer accounts, raising POs, matching invoices, and solving price queries
- Support with the end-to-end Amazon Vendor Central process: accepting and processing PO's, liaising with Account Manager on any changes and communication with 3PL to ensure correct despatch dates are met.
- Maintain accurate customer forecasts across key customer accounts
- Develop relationships with customer supply chain contacts to further ensure collaborative forecasts are agreed
- Develop and maintain EPOS, Sell-in and stock holding report
- Additional ad hoc reporting and customer management activities as business requires
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a strong FMCG organisation
- Strong levels of entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with key partners
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Data and insight literate - comfortable on converting data points into insight to drive action
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent Excel skills
