Mutli Skilled Technician - Romax Solutions : Job Details

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Technician based within Salford, M6

The role will be to carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.

Available shifts / Locations below:

• Monday until Friday (5 days a week)
• Postcode: M6 8HD
• 08:00-16:00PM
• £19.61 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
• Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.

Skills and experience required:

• Must have at least 2 years previous experience
• DBS Required
• NVQ Level 3
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Able to manage time effectively
• Ability to work both alone and in a team
• Awareness of health and safety procedures
• To work alongside a dynamic maintenance team to deliver the required services ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standard.
• To Provide a customer facing responsive manintenance services to the site.
• To undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard.
• To also carry out training to be able to provide Authorized person duties. s

Must have experience in the following:

• Heating and domestic water services
• General Electrical services such as lighting and power
• Air handling units
• Low voltage electrical distribution system and switch gear
• Emergency standby generating plant
• Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
• Electrical control systems
• Building Management System
