Maintenance Engineer (FMCG)Location: Stevenage, UK

iO Associates is seeking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer based in Stevenage. You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance to meet demanding production goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime and boost plant efficiency
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation faults.
• Support machinery installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize operations and maintain records.

Required:

• 4+ years of engineering experience in Food manufacturing environment.
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in GMP-regulated or Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to do 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
