Multi Trader - Social Housing MaintenanceAbout the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Trader to join our property maintenance team, supporting tenants across our social housing portfolio. You'll carry out a wide range of tasks including:

• Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating
• Responsive repairs - attending to urgent issues in occupied homes
• Void works - preparing empty properties for new tenants
• Planned maintenance - ensuring homes remain safe, functional and compliant

You'll work independently across a well-defined patch, with most jobs based in Cambridgeshire. The planning team ensures your schedule is efficient and manageable.What We Offer

• Flexible Working Hours- Core hours are 8am-5pm.
• On-Call and Out-of-Hours Pay:
  • £108 per on-call shift
  • £50 per completed job
  • Additional hourly pay if out of the house for more than 2 hours
