About the Role

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing properties across the borough. You'll bring your expertise in multiple trades, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.

What You'll Do

• Carry out a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, and painting.
• Diagnose and resolve repair issues effectively.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent service to tenants while working in occupied and void properties.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in at least two trades.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Relevant trade qualifications.
