Social Housing Voids (3 month temporary)

Stratford-upon-Avon £18 - £20ph + company van + fuel card

Position to start ASAP

Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a team of Multi Trade Operatives to carry out void property repairs and maintenance works to empty social housing properties in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. A Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Multi-Trade ExperienceYou will be confident in carrying out trades such as carpentry, plumbing, minor brickwork, patch plastering, roofing and tiling, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard.

Multi-Trade Additional Requirements

• NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Level 2 minimum)
• Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
• Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
• Experience working within tenanted properties
• Familiar with PDA usage
• Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
• Looking for someone based in the Bryze Norton Area
