Multi trader - cms : Job Details

Multi traderLocation: Havant and the surrounding areaSalary up to £37,000 per annum Temp to Perm Working Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm We are looking for a Multi-Trader to join the team. The ideal candidate will have not only their main trade as a Carpenter but will also have proven experience undertaking a variety of jobs in a reactive maintenance environment.Responsibilities and Duties, reporting to the Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited to:Multi Trade duties:

• Undertaking all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (given your skill set) to the required quality standards.
• Assessing the work requirements when you get to site.
• Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
• Ensuring that you follow the Company's safe working practices and safety procedures at all timesThe ideal candidate will have/be:* Previous experience* Strong interpersonal skills* Ability to work under pressure* A full UK driving licence* Needs to be good with working at heights, either ladders or scaffold
