Role OverviewAs a Carpenter and Maintenance Multi-trade , you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our building services. From fire door installations to general repairs, your expertise will ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Excellent stability work on the North side of the M25, nice friendly office, you will be provide with a van, fuel card , excellent Pension, 25 days holiday and good progression.

Key ResponsibilitiesCarpentry and Repairs: Undertake carpentry work, including fire door maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial.Safety First: Adhere to our Safety, Health, and Environment Policy at all times. Your well-being and that of our customers matter to us.Risk Assessments: Conduct pre-start risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are fit for purpose.Team Collaboration: Co-operate with your line manager and follow mandatory procedures.
