Job Title: Multi-Trade Plumber – Facilities & Environmental ServicesLocation: Working on local council social housing stock (various sites)Pay Rate: £26.00 per hourHours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Van Supplied | Uniform Provided | Fuel Card | Trade Card About the Role:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to work within the Facilities & Environmental Services division, carrying out plumbing-related work on local council social housing stock.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing and additional multi-trade skills, who is comfortable working in both occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on social housing properties
• Working on both reactive and planned works
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timescales
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and residents
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working in social housing repairs (SH experience required)
• Strong plumbing skills with the ability to complete work independently
• Additional multi-trade skills are advantageous
• Good communication and time-management skills

Essential Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence (to operate company van)
