Multi Trade Operative - Niyaa People : Job Details

A position has arisen with a well-established house builder for a Multi Trade Operative in the Thetford area to carry out the after sale maintenance and repairs work on new build properties. This is a permanent contract where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one. As the Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Carpentry repairs
• Tiling
• Patch Plastering
• Settlement cracks
• Curtains and other duties relevant to the role
• General repairs and maintenance

In order to be eligible for the Multi Trade Operative role, you must:

• Have a Full UK Driving Licence
• Have a valid CSCS card
• Have your own tools
• Have relevant industry experience

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• £39,000 basic salary
• Company van & fuel card
• 12% yearly bonus
• 25 day holiday plus bank holidays

• Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm
