Multi Trade Operative - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Multi trader required - domestic property maintenance/responsive repairs.

Salary: £33,600 + van & fuel card, holiday and overtime available

Undertaking:

• Day to day response maintenance, repairs and related remedial works
• Collaborating with other maintenance traders to carry out multifaceted works
• Utilising skills in plumbing, plastering, tiling and joinery to carry out bathroom and kitchen fits
• Fitting and repairing windows and doors
• Liaising with the planner on distributed roles
• Customer interaction and service to a high standard

Requirements:

• Time Served/NVQ / C&G qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
• Full tool set
• Full driving license
