Multi Skilled Operative - MOD Housing

?? Full-time, Permanent

?? £34,000 per year

?? 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday + 1 in 8 on-call (includes Saturday AM)

We're hiring a reliable, hands-on Multi Skilled Operative to join a busy team maintaining MOD housing between Lyneham and Warminster.This is a varied role, covering repairs, maintenance, and installations across domestic properties. You'll be working across multiple trades, including plumbing, decorating, plastering, tiling, drainage, grounds work, and minor building work.?? What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across MOD accommodation
• Delivering high-quality repairs with a "Right First Time" approach
• Working independently to assess and resolve issues safely and efficiently
• Logging work and materials accurately using digital and paper systems
• Supporting colleagues and providing excellent customer service to residents
• Participating in a standby rota (1 in 8) for out-of-hours cover

? What You'll Need

• Proven multi-trade experience in domestic housing
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Professionalism and good communication skills
