Antac is a leading provider of high-quality facilities services across a diverse range of sectors, including the Ministry of Defence (MoD). With a team of over 500 professionals, we specialise in building maintenance, responsive repairs, and project management—delivering tailored, efficient solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.

We are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our project team working across MoD sites in Hampshire. In this role, you will carry out a variety of planned project tasks, including glazing, roofing, plastering, plumbing and general building works. You will be supported by our on-site teams who work collaboratively to ensure successful project delivery. This is a hands-on role that offers a diverse and engaging workload, no two days are the same. Due to the role being mobile, a company vehicle will be provided.

What are we looking for?

• Previous multi trade experience, general labourer
• You must be able to provide your own range hand tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass security clearance
• Initiative to work independently when required
• Ability to pass BPSS clearance
