A well-established and growing UK manufacturer in the food/FMCG sector is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team. Operating from a modern, climate-controlled production facility, the business offers a supportive environment with excellent progression and development opportunities.

• Maintenance of:* Bagging machines* Mincing machines* Augers & automated production lines* Conveyors, sensors, relays, drives, and motors

• Work with single-phase & three-phase systems

• Hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance

• 3+ years' experience in a Food or FMCG production environment

• Strong mechanical background (60/40 Mechanical to Electrical)

• Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on settings

• Engineering qualifications welcome but not essential

• Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000

• Day shift only - no rotating or night shifts

• On-site training and NVQ development

• Clear route for progression to Senior Engineer
