A growing manufacturing business supplying components to the construction and home improvement sectors is looking to add a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to its team in Worthing. The business runs a fast-paced environment with modernised equipment and strong engineering leadership.

Your Role:

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on high-volume assembly and packaging machinery
• Respond to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Contribute to site-wide continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives
• Document all maintenance activities and promote safe working practices

About You:

• Multi-skilled with a mechanical bias preferred
• Confident in both reactive repairs and preventative maintenance
• Experience in automated production lines, conveyors, motors, and basic fault-finding on PLCs
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Engineering
