Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer£49,858 plus BonusHours of 6-2, 2-10 and 10-6 Monday to Friday on a rotating basisA successful major multi-sited Pharmaceutical company based in Runcorn is looking for 2 additional Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers on a Permanent basis. Details:Working within the busy Engineering department they will be supporting all areas of Production, packing and site facilities. They will be assisting the Engineering Manager with the efficient and effective execution of the maintenance and engineering activities. Duties:• Preventative and reactive maintenance.• Maintenance and fault find of production and packaging equipment.oPneumaticsoElectrical systemsoMechanicaloKnowledge of PLC's and inverter driven equipment• Identification and implementation of improvements.• Identification and selection of spare parts required.• Site equipment and facility maintenance. • Electrical and Mechanical installation works.• Provide engineering expertise to on-going projects. • Accurately maintain logbooks and worksheets with all work completed. • Regular reporting to the Engineering Supervisor and Engineering Manager. Qualifications and Experience:• Advanced apprenticeship in Mechatronics, Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.• Level 3 Multiskilled qualifications (Industrial electrical / mechanical)• Experience of maintenance and repair of high-speed food / pharma process and packaging machinery.
