We’re currently recruiting multiple customer-focused Multi-Skilled Operatives, with a strong emphasis on Joinery expertise, to join our team in Boston.

Location: Boston

Salary: £32,907.34

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

We’re seeking experienced tradespeople with extensive domestic Joinery skills, ideally complemented by solid Plumbing knowledge. You’ll be confident in carrying out a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across LHP properties.

You’ll be equipped with:

What will a typical week look like?

As a Multi-Skilled Operative at LHP, you’ll:

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery work, including major and minor construction tasks
• Undertake inspections, repairs, and improvements in both occupied and void properties
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
• Maintain van stock and update our housing management system
• Be part of our Out of Hours call-out rota for emergency repairs
• Liaise with planners and other departments to meet customer timeframes

What Skills and Experience will you need?

• Strong experience in Joinery is essential
• Plumbing skills are highly desirable
• Experience in Vinyl Flooring, Glazing, and UPVC repairs is a bonus
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Comfortable using PDAs/iPads for job updates
• Full, valid UK driving licence required
