Multi Skilled Carpenter - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading property services company based In Basildon areas on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties around the area achieving a first time fix
• You’ll undertake a variety of carpentry repairs to include worktops, cupboards, doors, skirting, locks, windows, Kitchen and Bathroom repairs and installations
• Able to undertake remedial plumbing, tiling or plastering
• Use PDA to attend jobs and complete assigned tasks
• Work within health and safety processes

Offering £36,000 company van and fuel card and great benefits

Requirements:

• Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
• Ability to deliver great first time fix and exceptional customer service
