Are you a Plumber? Are you a Carpenter? If so we need you!

Platform Property Care has?a fantastic opportunity for?experienced?Multi Skill Tradespersons based in Leicestershire to join our Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes.?

As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these required roles:

• Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter - Salary up to £34,736 per annum

• Multi-Skill Trades Plumber (Bathroom Fitter) - Salary £31,808 - £34,736 per annum depending on experience & qualifications

What could you be doing?

You will be?ensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.???

The role is varied and no two days are the same! ? It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!

Some things we need from you

• Experience of delivering Multi Trade work,

• For Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 & Locksmith experience is also preferred

• For Multi-Skill Trades Plumber you will have NVQ L2 Plumbing

• You will have good organisational skills?and experience of keeping jobs on track?

• And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time?

• A full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role, a van with fuel card is provided

As you will be working within Customers' homes this role requires a DBS check.

You will also earn additional from being part of the out of hours’ rota as this is required for this role.

This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Leicester and Market Harborough.
