The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Compliance Auditor Level 3 to join the Governance function at Datum RPO, part of Staffline Group. You’ll support our recruitment operations across Great Britain by auditing sites within your assigned region, ensuring compliance with GLAA standards, BEIS Conduct Regulations, and internal policies.
This is a field-based role where you’ll work closely with our Compliance and Operational teams to promote ethical, compliant practices and uphold our high standards of service.
What you’ll do as a Compliance Auditor
This is a varied role that will keep you on your toes. You will:
Audit sites within your region in line with our annual audit programme
Conduct in-person preparation time assessments for National Minimum Wage compliance
Review site-completed assessments and escalate material concerns as appropriate
Guide operational teams on compliance topics: Right to Work, Audit Process, AWR, Client and Job Cards, etc.
Record, report, and follow up on compliance incidents
Support with external audits, including document prep, representation during Q&A, and post-audit support
Stay up to date with legislation and communicate changes internally
Assist in internal moderation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across the audit function

Essential
Experience in the recruitment sector, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks
Strong communication skills, confident via phone, video, and face-to-face
Meticulous attention to detail and confident in proofreading
Curious and proactive approach to learning and solving problems
Well organised and adaptable
Comfortable handling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
Experience in an audit or administrative position
Experience working with or influencing senior stakeholders
