The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Compliance Auditor Level 3 to join the Governance function at Datum RPO, part of Staffline Group. You’ll support our recruitment operations across Great Britain by auditing sites within your assigned region, ensuring compliance with GLAA standards, BEIS Conduct Regulations, and internal policies.

  • Guide operational teams on compliance topics: Right to Work, Audit Process, AWR, Client and Job Cards, etc.

  • Record, report, and follow up on compliance incidents

  • Support with external audits, including document prep, representation during Q&A, and post-audit support

  • Stay up to date with legislation and communicate changes internally

  • Assist in internal moderation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across the audit function

What we’re looking for

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one — but here are the qualities and experience that will set you up for success:

Essential

  • Experience in the recruitment sector, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks

  • Strong communication skills, confident via phone, video, and face-to-face

  • Meticulous attention to detail and confident in proofreading

  • Curious and proactive approach to learning and solving problems

  • Well organised and adaptable
