Key Responsibilities for MPI Level 2 Technician

• Perform magnetic particle inspections on manufactured components in accordance with established procedures and industry standards.
• Interpret and evaluate indications, distinguishing between relevant and non-relevant signals.
• Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, including defect identification and location.
• Maintain MPI equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Key skills required for MPI Level 2 Technician

• Valid MPI Level 2 certification (e.g., PCN, ASNT, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working as an MPI Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of various MPI techniques, equipment, and consumables.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
