Job Description :

We are working with a well-established provider of specialist loss adjusting and claims-solutions services, renowned for technical excellence, long-standing success, and commitment to supporting employee growth, development, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage motor claims from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring high-quality service and technical accuracy
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gathering high-quality evidence including statements, photographs, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate proactively with all relevant parties, prioritising telephone engagement to progress claims efficiently
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in relation to liability, indemnity, and quantum, aligned with client requirements
  • Produce clear, informative reports that reflect the value of involvement and keep clients fully updated
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications, decisions, milestones, and outcomes
  • Allocate and manage your caseload in line with licensing requirements, escalating cases outside licence where appropriate
  • Uphold TCF principles and ensure compliance with all client SLAs, KPIs, and internal procedures
  • Contribute positively to the wider team, supporting knowledge sharing and collaborative working

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ motor claims handling experience
  • Strong knowledge of motor claim processes and principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong investigative and analytical capabilities
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality
  • Cert CILA / Cert CII or equivalent qualifications desirable, but may not be essential
