Motion Graphics Designer

We're on the lookout for a Motion Designer who understands how brands can thrive in motion across various digital platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging social content, campaigns, and visual identities that captivate audiences. You'll collaborate closely with our design team, generating concepts, storyboards, and animatics to push the boundaries of motion design. We need someone who's not afraid to innovate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver exceptional work within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop top-tier motion content for social media, campaigns, and visual identities
• Generate concepts, storyboards, and animatics
• Drive innovation and elevate our motion output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas confidently
• Stay updated on motion and design trends, championing new approaches
• Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D software
• Strong 2D/3D compositing skills
• Understanding of storytelling fundamentals and brand guidelines
• Ability to adapt creative approaches based on project requirements
• Familiarity with motion workflow pipeline

Salary: Up to £40,000
