Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Location: Manchester

Office Mon - Friday - No Weekends

Consegna Talent are partnered with an exclusive boutique, Independent Mortgage Broker in Manchester. Our client is looking for a Mortgage Completions Manager to join the business following recent internal growth. As a Mortgage Completions Manager, you will act as the crucial link between the Mortgage Case Managers and Mortgage Advisors, ensuring a seamless process from application to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the direct liaison between Mortgage Case Managers and Mortgage Advisors to facilitate efficient case progression.
• Oversee the final stages of the mortgage application process, ensuring all requirements are met before completion.
• Proactively manage and monitor completion pipelines, identifying potential delays and resolving issues swiftly.
• Ensure all client documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to expedite the mortgage completion process.
• Provide regular updates to Mortgage Advisors, Case Managers, and clients regarding the progress of applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all completions and outstanding cases, ensuring smooth workflow management.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction within the completions process.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handling any final-stage queries with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in mortgage administration or similar case management with a focus on completions.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements.
• Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• IT Proficiency: Competent in using mortgage processing software and MS Office applications.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to support both Case Managers and Mortgage Advisors effectively.
